Child Safety Policy
BALA Chat
Our Commitment to Child Safety
At Easy Soft Limited ("BALA Chat"), the safety and well-being of young people is a fundamental priority. This Child Safety Policy outlines the measures, standards, and commitments we have implemented to protect minors who may come into contact with our Service and to prevent the use of our platform for any activity that could harm children.
We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward any content or conduct that exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms children. This policy applies to all users of the BALA Chat (the "Service") and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.
1. Age Restrictions and Verification
1.1 Minimum Age Requirement
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18), or the age of majority in the user's jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We do not knowingly permit individuals who have not reached the applicable age to create accounts or use the Service independently.
1.2 Supervised Use by Minors
Individuals who have not attained the applicable minimum age may only access the Service through a parent or legal guardian's account and under their direct supervision. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and managing any such supervised use.
1.3 Account Removal Upon Discovery
If we become aware that an account has been created by or for an individual below the applicable minimum age without proper parental involvement, we will take immediate steps to suspend or terminate the account and delete any associated personal information in accordance with applicable law.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Exploitation
